"I’m
going to set the table with all my plates. A table covered
with a "cardumen" cloth, as long as the route to the
sun I follow each
evening at sunset, in the open stage of my workshop that
overlooks the sea.
Each place will have an identifying card for the guests
because it is a very special dinner.
I hope to have close to me all the friends that I met and
embraced during my long journeys, beyond age and races,
professions and ideas, from
sunrise to moonrise, from lunchtime to dinnertime.
A table without cutlery.
I wish my guests to enjoy my endless circular table, round and
different, without considering seats of honor, as if it has
been laid around the
world’s belly, a greedy fat world, which is now far from the
macrobiotic science, always suffering from war effects
and self interests".
(It is worth to remark a
paragraph that Carlos Páez Vilaró included in the
"Exhibition Catalogue).
